Assistant Program Director – Program Team

Role Summary

Hudson Link is seeking a candidate for a full-time Assistant Program Director. The Assistant Program Director will report the Program Director.

The Assistant Program Director supports the entire program department in the execution of Hudson Link’s academic programs. This role ensures day-to-day program operations run smoothly, assists with staff management, and helps coordinate communication between correctional facilities, partner colleges, alumni, and Hudson Link staff.

The Assistant Program Director will report to the Program Director, and step into leadership responsibilities when the Program Director is unavailable. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with needed flexibility in working evenings when correctional facility program schedules require it. The majority of this role must be conducted on-site and in-person.

New Beginnings Coordinator – Transitional Services

Role Summary

Hudson Link is seeking a candidate for a full-time New Beginnings Coordinator. The New Beginnings Coordinator will serve Hudson Link alumni participating in New Beginnings, Hudson Link’s transitional supportive housing program in Ossining, NY.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and professional individual who is capable–through education and lived experience–of providing a supportive and positive environment for adults living in transitional housing after returning from recent incarceration. The New Beginnings Coordinator will support the administrative work of our transitional housing program, including managing the application process, communicating with DOCCS and parole staff to ensure a seamless transition for residents, and working with residents to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and reinforced as needed. Responsibilities may also include supervising MSW and BSW interns as needed.

The New Beginnings Coordinator will report to the Director of Transitional Services. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a requirement of flexibility in working evenings and weekends as necessary.
